Must have three years of experience in hotel and/or lodging business administration and familiarity with business practices and market conditions applicable to program and technical requirement sufficient to perform required duties. Must have the ability to operate a variety of office machines to include a personal computer. Must have the ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing. Must have an outgoing personality and be able to handle customers with tact and diplomacy. Must have good telephone etiquette. Supervisory experience in hotel or lodging is desired.
Knowledge of NAF policies and procedures preferred. Ability to supervise employees and establish and maintain effective working relationship with immediate supervisor, subordinates, officials, and others. This is a mixed position where the incumbent must be able to lift and carry objects up to 45lbs independently and objects over 45lbs with assistance.
