Description:

You will serve as a HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT (MIL/OA) in the Installation Personnel Administrative Center (IPAC) of MARINE CORPS BASE HAWAII.

A Cost-of-Living-Allowance (COLA) of 8.90% will be added to the stated salary. COLA is subject to change at any time.

Requirements:

GS-06
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Balancing workloads, resolving problems, reviewing assigned work, and counseling personnel on pay, benefits and entitlements.

GS-07 Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-06 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Developing office procedures, resolving problems, reviewing assigned work, interviewing personnel, and counseling personnel on pay, benefits, and entitlements.
