You will serve as a Performance Assessment Representative in the Facilities Engineering and Acquisition Branch, Public Works Department Earle of NAVFAC ENGINEERING CMD MID-ATLANTIC.

Requirements:

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:1) Assisting in the development of performance assessment contract criteria and the preparation of contract specification and assessment reports; 2) Preparing cost analyses and applying performance standards to determine reasonableness of contractor's proposal for modification or changed conditions; 3) Applying pertinent contracting procedures and regulations to observe and ensuring contractor compliance with specifications regarding timelines, materials and methods; 4) Utilizing Microsoft office products for writing, maintaining inventories, reports, and briefings.
