Description:

You will serve as a Management Analyst (International Programs) in the International Programs Department of SURFCOMSYSTRNCMD DAHLGREN.

The President has ordered a government-wide hiring freeze subject to certain limited exceptions. This position is subject to the hiring freeze. Although we are moving forward with the consideration of candidates, we will not make a selection for this vacancy announcement unless and until the position is no longer subject to the hiring freeze.

Requirements:

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Developing combat systems training programs and training systems in support of acquisitions for international combat training systems and instructional delivery technologies; 2) Monitoring contractor performance relative to assigned Foreign Military Sales (FMS) cases and reporting status to the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) and Director/Deputy; 3) Designing and presenting briefings for senior government and foreign officials at formal program management reviews; and 4) Monitoring FMS assigned case budgets to assure effective use of resources and compliance with regulations, policies, and Standard Operating Procedures.
