You will serve as a Management Analyst (International Programs) in the International Programs Department of SURFCOMSYSTRNCMD DAHLGREN.The President has ordered a government-wide hiring freeze subject to certain limited exceptions. This position is subject to the hiring freeze. Although we are moving forward with the consideration of candidates, we will not make a selection for this vacancy announcement unless and until the position is no longer subject to the hiring freeze.
Requirements:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Developing combat systems training programs and training systems in support of acquisitions for international combat training systems and instructional delivery technologies; 2) Monitoring contractor performance relative to assigned Foreign Military Sales (FMS) cases and reporting status to the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) and Director/Deputy; 3) Designing and presenting briefings for senior government and foreign officials at formal program management reviews; and 4) Monitoring FMS assigned case budgets to assure effective use of resources and compliance with regulations, policies, and Standard Operating Procedures.Additional qualification information can be found from the following Office of Personnel Management web site: https://www.opm.gov/policy-data-oversight/classification-qualifications/general-schedule-qualification-standards/#url=List-by-Occupational-Series
