You will serve as a TRAINING SYSTEM SPECIALIST in the 2d Marine Aircraft Wing, Safety and Standardization (DSS) section aboard Marine Corps Air Station New River of II MARINE EXPEDITIONARY FORCE.Requirements:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Evaluate the effectiveness, adequacy and suitability of existing aircraft training equipment and systems; Identifying, analyzing, and resolving developmental or program issues to provide advice and guidance; and provide oral/written communication on different viewpoints (e.g. contractors, military personnel, and civilian personnel) at conferences and private meetings.Additional qualification information can be found from the following Office of Personnel Management web site: https://www.opm.gov/policy-data-oversight/classification-qualifications/general-schedule-qualification-standards/0300/miscellaneous-administration-and-program-series-0301/

NOTE:
Successful completion of the Navy Contracting Officer's Representative Course, NAVAIR Specific Contracting Officer's Representative Course, and other courses are required prior to COR designation by Procuring Contracting Officer.
The incumbent must successfully complete these courses and other prerequisite training as required by the PCO prior to starting work in this position.
