Description:
You will serve as a HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT (MILITARY) in the MANPOWER MANAGEMENT DIVISION of HQ US MARINE CORPS.The President has ordered a government-wide hiring freeze subject to certain limited exceptions. This position is subject to the hiring freeze. Although we are moving forward with the consideration of candidates, we will not make a selection for this vacancy announcement unless and until the position is no longer subject to the hiring freeze.
Requirements:
GS-07: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-06 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: assisting in the performance of military HR administrative and technical support functions relating to processing and management of separations and retirement.OR
GS-08: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: performing military HR administrative and technical support functions relating to processing and management of separations and retirement.
