Recreation Aid (Developmental) NF-01/02

Description:

This position is located at Outdoor Recreation.

This is a developmental position. After one year of satisfactory performance in the NF-01 Recreation Aid (Developmental) position, the incumbent may be eligible for non-competitive promotion to NF-02 Recreation Assistant at management's request.

Requirements:

NF-01 Qualifications:

• No work experience required.

NF-02 Qualifications:

• Work experience which involved dealing with the general public.

Highly preferred candidates will be referred to management first. In addition to meeting the above qualifications, highly preferred is defined as also meeting the criteria listed below:

• Currently enrolled in college courses in pursuit of a Bachelors of Science degree in recreation or related field.
