Description Serve as point person for plasma centers on the hardware refresh project Inventory Management (assign temporary device names in Active Directory) Add devices to an inventory management system Coordinate and communicate hardware delivery and schedule desktop installation and IQ with Plasma Centers; oversee the work of Tier 1 project members and escalate issues accordingly to appropriate IT staff Perform systems Installation Qualification (IQ) and implementation with Plasma Center staf
