Description An ideal candidate will bring at least 1-2 years of IT support experience. Things that would really stand out would be experience working with a ticketing systems and experience with the following: Imaging , MAC/Jamf familiarity, Active Directory/Provisioning, password resets, hardware/software troubleshooting experience, ability to set up and cable new equipment and an amazing customer service focused attitude.
