Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Help Desk Specialist to join our team in Newark, CA. The primary role of the Help Desk Specialist is to provide technical assistance to computer system users. This includes answering questions and resolving computer problems for clients in person, via telephone, or remotely.
