Requirements:
To qualify for the Operations Staff Assistant, PG -0301-9, you must meet the following requirements:At the PG-09: To minimally qualify for the PG-09, you must have one year of specialized experience at the PG-07 (or equivalent) level or higher. The specialized experience for this position is identified as: Providing administrative services in support of program operations; Gathering and organizing data to inform program decisions and prepare detailed reports; Serving as a liaison between various departments and external stakeholders; and preparing agendas for meetings and programs in accordance with protocol requirements.
OR
master's or equivalent graduate degree in business administration or public administration.
OR
2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree
OR
LL.B. or J.D., if related to the position.
