Description:
This position is located in the Architect of the Capitol (AOC), Office of the Chief of Operations, Superintendent, House Office Buildings, Assistant Superintendent, Tenant Services Division, Carpentry Branch. The selectee's tasks involves the construction and repair of wooden items including furniture, cabinets, desks and decorative wood work with intricate and detailed features.

- Ability to do the work of the position without more than normal supervision-Knowledge and ability to perform routine repairs with little or no supervision once tasks are assigned, and skill in the use and care of all tools and equipment required to perform wood working tasks.
