Description The technician will be handling service tickets for Small Business and Commercial Businesses' access control, CCTV, and alarm systems. The technical will be able to look at the jobs through the mobile app to see when and where the technician will need to be and what the job entails. The technician will reach out to the customer when they are enroute to every job. If for any reason the tech is running late, they will need to notify Derrick Miller.
