Description:

You will serve as a MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST in the N5 STRATEGY AND FUTURE REQUIREMENTS DIVISION of COMNAVREGSW SDIEGO.

The Secretary of Defense has ordered a department-wide hiring freeze subject to certain limited exceptions. This position is subject to the DoD hiring freeze. Offers of employment related to this vacancy announcement will not be executed until the position has an approved exemption.

Requirements:

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:

1) Analyzing program performance data to identify issues, make recommendations for improvement, and drive innovative solutions; 2) Analyzing and interpreting complex intricacies involved in the application of related laws, regulations, policies, precedents, methods and techniques of program management and planning, as well as resource management; 3) Analyzing resource program effectiveness and developing recommendation for Senior Leadership; 4) Developing and recommending changes to measure program accomplishments, results or effectiveness; 5) Providing on-going review and financial/budget analysis to the Program Manager to ensure completion of mission requirements; 6) Formulating and recommending new or modified program administrative policies, procedures, and regulations.
