You will serve as a SUPERVISOR INVENTORY MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST in the Requirements Branch (TRF-511), Control Division (TRF-510), Supply Department (TRF -500), TRIDENT Refit Facility of TRIREFFAC KINGS BAY.Requirements:
GS-11 Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:- Experience managing the intensive integrated management, material coordination, and maintenance of stock levels in support of the Ohio Class Submarine, the Intermediate Maintenance Activity (IMA), and Subase, Kings Bay tenant commands.
- Experience reviewing and validating the management of items on a "pull" basis, ensuring stock replenishments for both locally managed and centrally managed items are initiated within the inventory branch.
- Experience monitoring performance in material support, analyzing demand and performance statistics, and evaluating trends in support statistics gathered. Experience developing or assisting in the development of programs and techniques to improve material support.
- Experience analyzing supply responsiveness to demand and initiating remedial action as necessary.
- Experience reviewing and studying a variety of management reports and statistical data generated by the Uniformed Automated Data Processing System for Stock Points (UADPS-U2) and/or the Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (N-ERP) programs.
