Responsibilities: Interface with end users experiencing phone issues such as outages. Troubleshoot issues including impact, subnet, and affected buildings.Manage hardware and software upgrades, patches, and backups.Experience with Linux and Windows is required as applications run on both.VM experience is needed as 90% are hosted on VM.Solid understanding of the network side of telephony.Assist users with day-to-day issues.Experience supporting the above applications.Work closely with Networking
