Main Duties, Responsibilities, and Expectations: Assists facility management with day-to-day operation of the property in accordance with policies/procedures, management agreements, and client needs. Assist with all office and furniture storage inventory, the maintenance and repair of all said items. Preventative and repair maintenance of building facilities and equipment. Independently drive Purchase Requisition (i.e. Ariba), Invoices' review, and approval Set up and breakdown conference rooms
