The Senior Business Analyst (BA) will work with stakeholders and development team members as directed by the Bureau of Business and Service Management (BBSM) and the Project Manager (PM) from PennDOT s Project Management Office (PMO) to provide analysis and related project support. Senior BA will (but not limited to): Provide a comprehensive, independent evaluation of existing efforts. Support requirements elicitation, prioritization, validation, and documentation.
