Job Details

An international biotech company is looking for a fulltime Validation & Operations Engineer to join their growing AI org. This company, located in Princeton, NJ is dedicated to improving the lives of patients through innovative antibody therapeutics.

In this role, you will solve operational, validation and reliability challenges to help deliver a scalable, secure platform for end-users. The ideal candidate will design platform level validations, own and maintain validation and operations implementations and design and implement automated testing frameworks and processes. Required Skills & Experience
  • Bachelors in a quantitative subject (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research) or a related field with 10+ years of experience.
  • Or MS/PhD in a quantitative subject (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research) or a related field with 5+ years of experience.
  • Strong experience with commonly used programming languages such as Python, R, Spark, SQL or similar
  • Experience using validation (e.g. deequ, pandera, great expecations, etc.), testing (e.g. pytest), and fuzzing (e.g. atheris, pythonfuzz) libraries
  • Experience with SAST, credential scanning, code coverage tools (Junit) etc.
  • Experience with modern logging, monitoring, and visualization tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, Splunk, SignalFX, Datadog and integrations with common CSPs (e.g. AWS Cloudwatch)
  • Experience with the AWS cloud-service ecosystem including AI/ML & Analytics related services (e.g. Sagemaker, etc.)
  • Significant experience implementing IaC (Terraform, OpenTofu, CDK, Pulumi, etc.) + CI/CD for deploying automatic validation tools and cloud-based platform infrastructure at scale
  • Knowledge of basic software development tools including VCS (GitHub, GitLab, etc.), CI/CD (GitHub/Lab Actions, Jenkins, etc.), JIRA
  • Deep knowledge of containerization (e.g. Docker, Podman, etc.) and orchestration tools (e.g. Kubernetes, Rancher, etc.)
