This role is a long term contract to permanent employment opportunity where you will be at the forefront of troubleshooting, maintaining, and assisting with various technologies and systems.
Responsibilities:
Managing and maintaining basic networking technologies within the organization.
Overseeing the operation and troubleshooting of Citrix Technologies.
Providing support and maintenance for Mac Computers within the organization.
Utilizing Microsoft tools to support business operations and resolve issues.
Maintaining and managing Active Directory, including user setup and troubleshooting.
Supporting Apple Devices, ensuring functionality and resolving any technical issues.
Assisting with Computer Hardware, including setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Implementing and maintaining Configuration Management systems.
Coordinating and overseeing hardware and software Deployments within the organization.
Requirements
Familiarity with Networking Technologies is essential.
Knowledge of ticketing systems is a must.
Ability to work with Mac Computers is necessary.
Proficient use of Microsoft products and services is expected.
Experience with Active Directory is needed.
Understanding of Computer Hardware is essential.
Capability in Configuration Management is a must.
Experience with Deployments is necessary.
