Job Details

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and execute plans to simplify and modernize the application portfolio using Power Apps and the Power Platform.
Identify opportunities to consolidate, retire, or replace applications.
Lead rationalization projects, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with business objectives.
Collaborate with IT and business teams to implement solutions effectively.
Design and deploy Power Apps to support application rationalization.
Use tools like Power Automate and Power BI for process automation and insights.
Analyze the current portfolio to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for optimization.
Create dashboards to track application performance, cost, and usage.
Present progress and recommendations to leadership.
Communicate the benefits of rationalization efforts to stakeholders.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Engineering business process improvement resulting in streamlined and effective processes with a mind towards automated solutions.
Leading, delegating, motivating, and obtaining desired results.
Work with business units to assess complex business functions and processes.
Negotiate, mediate, settle disputes equitably, and handle difficult situations diplomatically.
