GS-13: Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:- Experience utilizing wide range of terminologies, methodologies, as well as quantitative and qualitative analytical techniques related to
target analysis, weaponeering, target materials, force application, execution planning, damage assessment, measurement of program effectiveness, and target database management functions contained in the targeting cycle and as they relate to Tomahawk Land Attack Cruise Missiles (TLAMs) and Long Range Hypersonic Weapons (LRHW) & Conventional Prompt Strike (CPS) Hypersonic missiles. - Experience analyzing photogrammetric theory, photogrammetric measurement techniques, and national/tactical imagery evaluation
methods to oversee the preparation and production of geopositioning products for route development and to measure and locate the positioning of imaged objects. - Experience applying functions, processes, and principles of cruise missile mission planning and mission distribution systems to
provide leadership, expert advice and consultation services regarding the interpretation and application of programs planned
for future improvements and proposed enhancements to mission planning.
- Experience applying target database management functions contained in the targeting cycle and an understanding of the principles of analytical and statistical properties of computer database management.
- Experience applying physical characteristics, capabilities, and limitations of friendly weapon systems and munitions and ability to research such data.
- Experience applying physical characteristics, capabilities, limitations, functional interrelationships, and doctrine for employment of potential adversary powers' weapon systems, command control networks, military units, logistics support networks, and industrial/economic base.
- Experience applying the Laws of Armed Conflict and assigning of no strike areas and discerning geo-political and economic influences on actions of target destruction within targeted nation.
- Experience researching, analyzing, interpreting, evaluating, and integrating complex data and interrelated information and identifying shortfalls and areas needing improvement to senior personnel.
- Experience translating requests for information into reports, studies, and detailed analyses regarding suitability for use in mission planning.
- Experience understanding route planning strategy and techniques used in the tactical low-level fight environment.
- Experience understanding Joint Targeting processes, requirements, and the relevant DoD, NAVY and USINDOPACOM Joint targeting and strike operations, and understanding TLAM and CPS/LRHW operational planning and execution communities.
- Experience planning, organizing, and directing the functions and staff of a small to medium sized organization.
