Minimum Qualifications (Screen Out Element): Ability to do the work of an Material Handler (Motor Vehicle Operator / Forklift Operator) Leader without more than normal supervision. I have performed common Materials Handler (MVO/FLO) Leader duties. I am able to respond to subordinates with regard to instructions, specifications, and the tools needed to accomplish their tasks. I can plan and organize production flow and training schedules. I can anticipate and resolve problems in order to meet schedules or deadlines. I can independently operate various types of forklifts (e.g. electric, gasoline, and/or diesel). - Failure to meet this Screen Out Element will result in an ineligible rating.

Moderate physical effort is used in operating forklift, hand and foot controls.
- Working Conditions - Works inside and outside subject to heat, cold, damp, drafty, or poorly lighted areas. May work on open docks or storage yards. Work may be dirty, dusty, and greasy. Frequently exposed to the possibility of cuts, scrapes, and bruises.
