You will serve as a Program Analyst in the Safety Awareness Division, Safety Promotions-Public Affairs Department of NAVSAFECOM.Requirements:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.Specialized experience must demonstrate performing duties such as the following: 1) Managing the processes by which information gained through various means (e.g. safety assessments, mishap and HAZREP analysis) is developed into operational safety products for fleet-wide dissemination; 2) Presenting briefs pertaining to trends on hazards to operational safety; 3) Developing clear and concise multi-media communications that appeal to a broad audience (i.e. websites, emails, print media, and podcasts); 4) Analyzing and condensing various forms of reports, assessments, and manuals into user-friendly informative products for the Naval Enterprise; 5) Supervising workloads, evaluating work performance, and ensuring staff selection, utilization, and development is fair and equitable.
