Description:

Requirements:

Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Utilizing qualitative/quantitative techniques for measuring effectiveness, efficiency and productivity of assigned programs; 2) Applying analytical/evaluative methods and techniques in developing new procedures/approaches to identify/resolve significant issues and unique problems; 3) Using numerous analysis processes to make decisions, interpret data, and plan work; and 4) Communicating verbally and in writing to present solutions and make program and process recommendations.
