SUPERVISORY ADMINISTRATIVE/PROFESSIONAL

Description:

You will serve as the Deputy Director, Equal Employment Opportunity (DDEEO), overseeing and directing the Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Program and serve as subject matter expert and advisor on EEO program initiatives, policies, procedures and discrimination complaint matters for the NAVAL FACILITIES ENGINEERING AND EXPEDITIONARY WARFARE CENTER.

Requirements:

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-02 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Executing and evaluating a civilian federal equal employment opportunity (EEO) program to include advising on the application of equal employment opportunity (EEO) program requirements and developing strategic initiatives and recommendations for senior leaders.
