About the Position: This position serves as a Casualty Specialist proving casualty assistance support to family members of soldiers and civilians unaccounted from various wars. Position is located at Human Resources Command (HRC), The Adjutant General Directorate (TAGD), at Fort Knox, KY.Requirements:

Experience Required:
To qualify based on your work experience, the resume must describe at least one year of experience which prepared you to do the work in this job.
Specialized experience at the GS-09 grade level is defined as: One year of specialized experience which includes responding to oral and written inquiries from family members, congressional personnel as well as government and non-government agencies; maintaining appropriate suspense systems, files and databases for preparation and submission of all required reports, forms, and files; collecting data and preparing productivity reports and briefings; compiling data from military personnel systems and provide to leadership for trend analysis. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the second lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-07).
Specialized experience at the GS-11 grade level is defined as: One year of specialized experience which includes ensuring all case information is updated in automated systems, including journal entries and attachments; overseeing the preparation and distribution of documents to ensure they follow established guidelines; assisting family members with issues regarding reports and follow-up questions; compiling support documentation associated with the Family member presentations; developing statistical data or reports in response to higher headquarters requirements. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the second lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-09).
