Requirements:

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Interpreting laws, regulations and policies to effect good business decisions and successful project execution; 2) Reviewing realty transactions and conveyances and evaluating the effects of various methods of acquisition, property management, or disposal upon the uses and value of land; 3) Applying contracting methods/procedures pertaining to the full scope of real estate transactions, and provide on the spot guidance in complex situations; and 4) Leading multi-functional teams as project manager as scope is identified and executed and providing on-the-job training and mentoring to other Realty Specialist; 5) Being RECO level II eligible.
