Requirements:

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Acting as a representative in interpreting contract clauses for negotiation modification and task orders, 2) ) Applying procurement regulations, policies, and procedures; 3) Ensuring employees are provided awareness training in Facilities Contracts, safety, protection of owned property and Employee Equal Opportunity policies and programs to evaluation employee performance, 4) Applying technical writing concepts, principles and practices to develop, manage and assess facility support contracts; 5) Reviewing proposals against previous history, actual expenditures and established rates to evaluate the reviews performed by cost/price analysts using EPS and weighted labor rates; and 6) Using computer and applicable software (i.e. Microsoft Excel, word, Project management and Power Point to prepare reports for cost estimates and maintenance schedules.
