Requirements:
To qualify for the Supervisory Human Capital Specialist (Benefits Officer), PG-0201-14, you must meet the following requirements:Specialized Experience: Your resume must demonstrate one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the PG-13 grade level in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector, which includes:
- Leading a team while overseeing all aspects of civilian retirement and benefits services, including Retirement and Work Life Programs, Thrift Savings Plan (TSP), and Workers' Compensation.
- Providing technical guidance on federal civilian benefits by reviewing, analyzing, and interpreting regulations, directives, and policies to effectively manage daily operations and ensure compliance.
- Organizing and conducting various benefits related training events, and/or briefings for agency employees.
