Duration: 6 months contract Description: TEKsystems is looking to bring on a helpdesk technician for 6 months to handle a large spike in ticket volume for the fall semester. The team uses a ticketing system to keep track of supporting hardware and software for all end-users. Typical volume is 300-400 calls/day, with 7 full-time employees and 12 part-time workers.
