Description Looking to bring on a helpdesk technician for 3 months with a possibility of getting extended. There will be a large spike in ticket volume soon. They use Team Dynamix as their ticketing system, supporting hardware and software for the end users. Typical volume for the desk is 300-400 calls / day. This team is the 1st line of defense for all technical issues. They can escalate to different teams as necessary, but expected to handle incoming calls for hardware issues, software issues,
