You will serve as a SUPERVISORY NATURAL RESOURCES SPECIALIST in the ENVIRONMENTAL CONSERVATION, NATURAL/CULTURAL RESOURCES of NAVAL FACILITIES ENG COMMAND ATLANTIC.Requirements:
In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Managing and executing natural and cultural resources projects; 2) Overseeing work assignments delegated to less experienced team members, determining priorities, providing guidance and assistance on complex problems, and ensuring all products and services are technically sufficient and adhere to policy and milestones; 3) Organizing, budgeting, and planning project management techniques to meet difficult, complex, and controversial environmental project needs; and 4) Providing expert advice to senior leadership and collaborate with stakeholders of widely varying backgrounds and positions to recommend policy and guidance.Additional qualification information can be found from the following Office of Personnel Management website:
