About the Position: erves as a management and program analyst for assigned programs managed by the Office of Chief Information Officer (CIO), HQDA. Responsible for developing and maintaining the OCI Oversight program to support approximately $15 billion annually of C4/IT spend for assigned Command, Control, Communications, Computers and Information Technology (C4/IT) programs.Incumbent manages the C4/IT oversight program formulation, program execution, and program review and analysis.Requirements:

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service which includes: the developing and maintaining the Office of Chief Information Officer (CIO). Manages the IT oversight and program execution. Performs data analyses, briefings and issues for the Army's C4/IT programs. Investigates data trends and briefs verbally and in writing to senior leadership. Develops predictive tools and provides results to assist leadership in decision making.

Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-13).
