Description:

About the Position: erves as a management and program analyst for assigned programs managed by the Office of Chief Information Officer (CIO), HQDA. Responsible for developing and maintaining the OCI Oversight program to support approximately $15 billion annually of C4/IT spend for assigned Command, Control, Communications, Computers and Information Technology (C4/IT) programs.Incumbent manages the C4/IT oversight program formulation, program execution, and program review and analysis.

In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service which includes: the developing and maintaining the Office of Chief Information Officer (CIO). Manages the IT oversight and program execution. Performs data analyses, briefings and issues for the Army's C4/IT programs. Investigates data trends and briefs verbally and in writing to senior leadership. Develops predictive tools and provides results to assist leadership in decision making.

Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-13).
