Description:
The ED is the Personnel Appeal Board's (PAB) Chief Operating Officer and is principally responsible for oversight and direction of PAB office heads, and for ensuring that PAB programs are executed according to the Chair's direction and Board policies.Our ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of litigation/adjudication experience involving EEOC, MSPB, FLRA, and OSC administered laws, as well as significant administrative, supervisory, and oversight experience.

- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in providing accurate and well-researched legal analysis, advice, and recommendations to senior agency officials on federal personnel, employment, and labor law issues.
- Demonstrated experience litigating and/or adjudicating cases involving federal personnel, employment, and labor law issues.
- Demonstrated experience managing organizational resources (e.g., budget, information, and personnel) and identifying operational and management efficiencies that support the allocation of limited resources.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience conducting oversight reviews of EEO-related or similar government programs.
- The ECQs assess executive experience and potential. They measure whether you have the broad executive skills needed to succeed in a variety of Senior Executive Service positions.
