Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:- Experience applying a broad knowledge and experience in operations research and systems analysis techniques and/or formal academic training (minimum bachelor's degree) in a scientific discipline such as physics, computer science, or mathematics. A comprehensive background is required in any or all of the disciplines of IW with a thorough working knowledge and experience in Fleet operational concepts and practices.
- Experience applying the highest degree of interpersonal and negotiating skills is required to articulate the command's requirements. The incumbent must possess intermediate (or above) level computer skills to include spreadsheet, database, graphics and word processing.
- Experience coordinating efforts of multiple organization segments to meet program requirements and objectives within the available resources. Must have ability to establish and prioritize work to meet fluctuating deadlines and respond to a variety of requirements and keep other work moving toward completion.
- Experience communicating, orally and in writing, to produce final products for use by the Commander in presenting strategy, policy, planning, and operational issues.
