This position is for Directorate of Family and Morale, Welfare and Recreation (FMWR) at Fort Drum, New York. Requirements:
Qualified candidates will possess the following:- a Master's degree with a major study ( minimum of twenty-four (24) semester hours ) in any of the below fields:
- computer science,
- engineering,
- information science,
- information systems management,
- mathematics,
- operations research,
- statistics,
- technology management
- possess two (2) full years (60 semester hours) of progressively higher level graduate education leading towards a masters degree with at least twenty-four (24) semester hours in one or more of the following fields:
- computer science,
- engineering,
- information science,
- information systems
- management,
- mathematics,
- operations research,
- statistics,
- technology management
- possess at least one (1) year of specialized experience in system installation and programming experience sufficient to demonstrate knowledge in the following:
- Information Technology (IT) theories, principles, concepts, standards, and methods; AND
- IT policy and planning concepts and practices; AND
- interrelationships of multiple IT disciplines; AND
- methods, approaches, and practices for managing communities of interest involved in development, AND
- implementation of IT architectures, investment planning, e-government, and other IT related legislative and policy initiatives.
