Description This individual will be providing Technical Support for 6,200 End Users on site and at 110 locations across the nation. This will include phone support as well. They will provide phone support and in person support. Client uses Manage Engine for Ticketing - any Ticket System experience (ServiceNow, etc.) will work. The right fit will have a "white glove" support mentality. Any ITSM and Salesforce knowledge would be a plus. The opportunity to grow within the organization is tremendous
