What are we looking for?
- A minimum of four years customer service experience and one-year supervisory experience required.
- A minimum of one year guest services experience working in the hospitality industry, specifically a lodging and/or hotel operation strongly preferred.
- A successful completion of a full 4-year course of study in Resort/Hotel Management, Recreation Management, OR related field leading to a bachelor's degree, from an accredited college or university is preferred, OR a combination of related experience and education.
- Strong professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience utilizing word processing and spreadsheet software.
- Knowledge of Nonappropriated Funds (NAF) policies and procedures preferred.
- Knowledge of safety procedures.
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.
Note: This position is designated Mission Essential. In the event of severe weather conditions or other such emergency type situations (nature or man-made disaster) the incumbent is required to report to work or remain at work as scheduled to support mission operations.
