District of Columbia.

Requirements:

To qualify for the Supervisory Program Analyst, PG - 0343 - 12 , you must meet the following requirements:

To minimally qualify for the PG-12 level, you must have one year of specialized experience at the PG-11 (or equivalent) level or higher in federal service, Specialized experience includes:
(1) Applying experience of National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) regulations to provide effective controls over the creation, maintenance, destruction, security, and use of all GPO records; AND
(2) Performing comprehensive statistical analyses on postage cost data; AND
(3) Monitoring, reviewing, and analyzing operational processes to provide recommendations to improve workflow and increase efficiency; AND
(4) Leading or Supervising and directing the work of others.

Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
