Requirements:

This position has a selective placement factor that will be used to screen out ineligible candidates.The selective placement factor is: You must possess a CURRENT Professional Engineer or Registered Architect (RA) license/registration issued from the District of Columbia, Guam, Puerto Rico, or any State in the U.S.(NOTE: You must include a copy of your CURRENT license/registration with your application.

In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Directing the preparation of highly complex multi-discipline projects, serving on A/E selection boards, and assisting acquisition personnel negotiating A/E contracts 2) Providing timely, professional architectural products, services and consultation for the planning design, construction and maintenance of facilities; 3) Performing technical management and oversight on execution of multi-disciplinary design projects; 4) Conducting development of complete working drawing and specifications for "design bid build" projects; 5) Utilizing architectural design/analysis software to complete design drawings and specifications.
