You will serve as a HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (EMPLOYEE AND LABOR RELATIONS) in the MANPOWER AND RESERVE AFFAIRS DEPARTMENT of HQ US MARINE CORPS.The President has ordered a government-wide hiring freeze subject to certain limited exceptions. This position is subject to the hiring freeze. Although we are moving forward with the consideration of candidates, we will not make a selection for this vacancy announcement unless and until the position is no longer subject to the hiring freeze.
Requirements:
To qualify for the GS -13 your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS- 12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: developing, formulating, and implementing policies in the areas of labor-management relations, employee relations, and performance management and incentive awards.To qualify for the GS -12 your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS- 11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Liaison between labor and management relations, providing assistance with employee relations, and managing performance and implementing incentive awards.
